OUR FLIGHT CREW IS OUR MOST VALUABLE ASSET

Here is a quick look at a few of our fun, talented and enthusiastic crew members that help to make Vision so special. From creative to production, account services to administrative, we are passionate about bringing all our skills and experience together to get you the creative you need, when you need it.

  • Andy Bittman

    President & CCO

With an early concentration on illustration and computer design, Andy founded Vision in 1987. His current responsibilities include new business, the daily management of the agency and being the agency birthday party director. Surprising Fact: Invited to try out for MLB team just out of high school. Andy is an avid runner and also loves horseback riding. Favorite Films: Monty Python and the Holy Grail and The Godfather.

  • Sharon Petry

    Executive Vice President

Since joining Vision as a partner in 1991, Sharon has drawn on her experience in account management and marketing to help define and broaden the agency’s direction and focus. For inspiration and to keep a clear head, she runs a 5K every day. A former Tar Heel, she’d love to shoot hoops some day with Michael Jordan. Favorite indulgence: Watching the Mets. Words to live by: Whatever you do, do it with passion!

  • Lori Thompson

    Vice President, Account Executive

Lori has been managing key accounts for Vision for over 13 years now. When not solving problems on the fly and overseeing the successful growth of major brands, this country girl likes to grow veggies in her garden with a little help from her pet goat, chickens and ducks. Worst Fear: Being stuck in an elevator. Favorite TV show: The Big Bang Theory.

  • Jenn Persson

    Senior Account Executive

Jenn thrives on developing strong client relationships by providing outstanding creative that is on strategy, on time and within budget. While a bit on the clumsy side in real life, she actually studied dance for over 20 years and is an award-winning dancer and choreographer. Guilty Pleasure: Shoes, shoes, shoes! Hobby: Out-crafting Martha Stewart.

  • Michael Mazewski

    Creative Director

Michael combines a passion for big ideas with smart strategic thinking to create a distinctive style of work. A lot of people have viewed his successful ad campaigns over the last 20 years, but we still haven’t seen any of the hundreds of “huge” fish he claims to catch on his trips to Canada! Interesting fact: has traveled to all 50 US states. Secret talent: woodworking.

  • Larry Price

    Creative Director

Larry is a strong conceptual thinker who has served as a mentor to many junior designers during his 15 years with Vision. Having published 10 books and counting, he’s a poet who knows it and a walking (well, more like running) literary encyclopedia. Superpower he’d like to have: Time travel to spend a night on the town with Shakespeare. Hobbies: Tai Chai and marathons.

  • Kelly DiGiesi

    Creative Director

Kelly is a talented artist and team leader with over 20 years of experience designing and managing complex projects from concept to completion. When not working magic for our clients’ brands, she enjoys running, working out and doing pretty much anything to stay fit except eating her veggies! Guilty pleasure: Italian hot dogs. Secret talent: balloon animals.

  • Hailey Matesic

    Director, Social Media

Joining us in 2016, Hailey came to Vision with 7 years of social media strategy experience, focused on consumer packaged goods and B2C programs. From community management, to sweepstakes, to content development and platform strategy, Hailey works with our account teams and clients to deliver social results for a variety of industries.

  • Kaleem Noorani

    Lead Web Developer

Kaleem has a passion for building and developing dynamic and engaging websites and web applications for our clients. He is always up for a new challenge and believes there is always more to learn! When not using his expertise to bring web projects to life for multiple platforms, he’s probably on the internet or watching a thriller. Favorite movie: The Dark Knight.

  • Kathy Phillips

    Senior Account Executive

Kathy loves the challenge of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A little bit country and a little bit rock ‘n roll, she has led a double life as a professional singer throughout her 20 year plus marketing career. Dream Gig: Opening for Tom Petty. Worst Fear: Caterpillars. Quote: If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.

  • Angela Horr

    Account Executive

Angela is an enthusiastic and driven marketing professional with a special focus on the food industry. Her background in the culinary arts provides Vision with unique insights as well as our own resident office pastry chef! When not cooking, she enjoys finding ways to incorporate polka dots into her wardrobe. Goals: To jump out of an airplane and publish her own cookbook.

  • Chris Marston

    Business Development Manager

For the last 25 years, Chris has been successfully providing advertising and marketing solutions to companies big and small.  While he enjoys the thrill of landing a client, he’s even happier when that client tells him how well their new advertising campaign did. A fan of the Mets, Broncos and Islanders, he’s the proud owner of a’71 Chevelle, which surprisingly is not blue and orange.

  • Tori Reade

    Media Supervisor

Tori has over 18 years of experience planning and negotiating national and local media in both “the big city” and good old New Jersey. Her excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are matched by a private investigator-like passion for research. Pet Peeve: Speaking in hashtags and acronyms. Random Fact: Once flew on a trapeze. Favorite Movie: Grease.

  • Tom Galvin

    Production Manager/Copywriter

Tom has over 15 years of experience in production and quality control, and he has written and edited everything from ads to websites since first sneaking into the advertising world as a translator. He likes going for short runs along the Hudson and long walks in the city while trying his best not to proofread all the signs. Favorite Movies: Pulp Fiction, The Passenger.

  • Carla Renshaw

    Office Manager

Carla is the first person you’ll meet or speak to on the phone at Vision. With her outstanding communication, administrative, and organizational skills, she keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently. In her spare time, she cherishes the moments she spends with her daughter. Carla also enjoys high-energy workouts at her boxing and kickboxing classes. Favorite TV show: 24.

  • The Pilot

    The Penguin
