Here is a quick look at a few of our fun, talented and enthusiastic crew members that help to make Vision so special. From creative to production, account services to administrative, we are passionate about bringing all our skills and experience together to get you the creative you need, when you need it.

  • Andy Bittman

With an early concentration on illustration and computer design, Andy founded Vision in 1987. Over the years, Andy acquired several agencies, continuing to strengthen VCG and broaden the agency’s capabilities. His passion for providing a unique work environment and a forward-moving business structure have enabled the agency to be an atmosphere where employees want to stay and grow. Andy’s dedication to client service and out-of-the-box creative thinking is the foundation on which Vision Creative Group’s legacy continues to build.

  • Sharon Petry

Since joining Vision as a partner in 1991, Sharon has drawn on her experience in account management and marketing to help define and expand the agency’s direction and focus. Her current responsibilities include new business development, the daily management of the agency and strengthening client relationships. For inspiration and to keep a clear head, she runs a 5K every day. A former Tar Heel, she’d love to shoot hoops some day with Michael Jordan. Favorite indulgence: Watching the Mets. Words to live by: Whatever you do, do it with passion!

  • Lori Thompson

    Vice President, Account Executive

Lori has been managing key accounts for Vision for over 13 years now. When not solving problems on the fly and overseeing the successful growth of major brands, this country girl likes to grow veggies in her garden with a little help from her pet goat, chickens and ducks. Worst Fear: Being stuck in an elevator. Favorite TV show: The Big Bang Theory.

  • Jenn Persson

    Senior Account Executive

Jenn thrives on developing strong client relationships by providing outstanding creative that is on strategy, on time and within budget. While a bit on the clumsy side in real life, she actually studied dance for over 20 years and is an award-winning dancer and choreographer. Guilty Pleasure: Shoes, shoes, shoes! Hobby: Out-crafting Martha Stewart.

  • Larry Price

    Creative Director

Larry is a strong conceptual thinker who has served as a mentor to many junior designers during his 15 years with Vision. Having published 10 books and counting, he’s a poet who knows it and a walking (well, more like running) literary encyclopedia. Superpower he’d like to have: Time travel to spend a night on the town with Shakespeare. Hobbies: Tai Chai and marathons.

  • Kelly DiGiesi

    Creative Director

Kelly is a talented artist and team leader with over 20 years of experience designing and managing complex projects from concept to completion. When not working magic for our clients’ brands, she enjoys running, working out and doing pretty much anything to stay fit except eating her veggies! Guilty pleasure: Italian hot dogs. Secret talent: balloon animals.

  • Brianna Marosy

    Digital Marketing Manager

Brianna is a passionate social media manager and graphic designer. She has experience in planning, creating the voice and content visuals for a variety of industries including Broadway and B2C consumer packaged goods. When not on social media, she loves to read, draw, binge on Netflix and listen to a large diversified collection of music. Goals: Learn how to play the electric guitar. Secret passion: Archery.

  • Scott Mele

    Lead Web Developer

Scott makes the creative team's designs come to life on the web for our clients. With 20 years experience in web development, he strives to build websites and applications with an excellent user experience in whatever platform or framework is right for the job. He loves to learn and one day hopes to be on Jeopardy. Hobbies: Crossword puzzles, collecting Funko Pops and playing Magic: the Gathering. Favorite rock group: Rush.

  • Kathy Phillips

    Senior Account Executive

Kathy loves the challenge of juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A little bit country and a little bit rock ‘n roll, she has led a double life as a professional singer throughout her 20 year plus marketing career. Dream Gig: Opening for Tom Petty. Worst Fear: Caterpillars. Quote: If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.

  • Angela Horr

    Account Executive

Angela is an enthusiastic and driven marketing professional with a special focus on the food industry. Her background in the culinary arts provides Vision with unique insights as well as our own resident office pastry chef! When not cooking, she enjoys finding ways to incorporate polka dots into her wardrobe. Goals: To jump out of an airplane and publish her own cookbook.

  • Chris Marston

    Business Development Manager

For the last 25 years, Chris has been successfully providing advertising and marketing solutions to companies big and small.  While he enjoys the thrill of landing a client, he’s even happier when that client tells him how well their new advertising campaign did. A fan of the Mets, Broncos and Islanders, he’s the proud owner of a’71 Chevelle, which surprisingly is not blue and orange.

  • Tori Reade

    Media Supervisor

Tori has over 18 years of experience planning and negotiating national and local media in both “the big city” and good old New Jersey. Her excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are matched by a private investigator-like passion for research. Pet Peeve: Speaking in hashtags and acronyms. Random Fact: Once flew on a trapeze. Favorite Movie: Grease.

  • Tom Galvin

    Production Manager/Copywriter

Tom has over 15 years of experience in production and quality control, and he has written and edited everything from ads to websites since first sneaking into the advertising world as a translator. He likes going for short runs along the Hudson and long walks in the city while trying his best not to proofread all the signs. Favorite Movies: Pulp Fiction, The Passenger.

  • Ashley Marion

    Office Manager

Ashley thrives in a fast paced work environment and enjoys tackling various tasks all day long, no to-do list is too long for this girl! If she isn't organizing your filing room, you can find her traveling the country and knocking off a few more states from her list to visit them all. As an avid traveler and natural explorer she loves visiting new places and will sleep just about anywhere (tree house, yurt, backseat of her car, etc). Fun Fact: Ashley learned how to use a table saw before learning to ride a bike.
