Our Founding Story
On September 23, 1987, Andy Bittman founded Vision Creative Group, Inc. in Morristown, New Jersey. Artist at heart and leader by nature, Andy wanted to create an independent agency committed to client service above all else. With so many creative agencies out there, he wanted Vision to stand apart with its attitude. As an artist, Andy always spoke about the importance of perspective in great design. As a business owner, he spoke about a perspective based on quality interaction with clients. Andy's perspective continues to inspire us to make penguins fly every day.
When our incredible founder of Vision Creative Group, Andy, passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2018, we wanted to find an initiative that would both honor him and help others. The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network's (PanCAN) PurpleStride 5K event was the perfect way to raise awareness of this terrible disease and raise money for early detection. Led by Sharon Petry, the Vision team along with friends and family united as Andy’s Avengers to walk and raise funds for this incredible organization. We continue to come together every year to raise funds and awareness in Andy's honor.

Sharon Petry is not only the fearless leader of Vision, but the fearless leader of Andy's Avengers. Her passion for the organization and its mission has led to deeper involvement and has made her a unique, valued voice on the PanCAN board as of 2024. We couldn’t be prouder of her dedication and are so proud to support her.
